This piece was made from a scrap white oak log acquired from a local arborist. It marks the first attempt to scale up the jointer sculpted style. The sculpting process was achieved with a chainsaw, power plane, various hand planes, and chisels. It was displayed in an exhibition titled Verge as the conclusion of the HUNT Gallery Residency II program.
